Inter-library Loan Services

Atchison Public Library (APL) is part of the Northeast Kansas Library System (NEKLS). Thanks to our participation in this regional consortium, we can easily borrow and lend materials to other libraries in the area. Simply search our catalog and place holds on the desired item and it will be delivered to our library.

If there are items you would like to borrow, but are not found in the consortium catalog, we can acquire them from outside of our region, if available, via Inter-library Loan. To submit an Inter-library Loan request, please send your request to: mdomann@atchisonlibrary.org.  Please provide as much information about the item as you can, including author, title, type of material etc., as this will help us to more easily locate the correct item(s).

Please note that there is a minimum replacement cost of $20 for lost ILL items.
