Board

The Library Board consists of seven members appointed by the City Council. The Board is charged with such duties as making recommendations on policy concerning operations of the Library; on rules, regulations, and bylaws for the Library; on duties and qualifications of the Library Director; on the proposed annual budget for Library operations; and on acquisitions, disposition, availability and use of collection materials.

Regular meetings of the Library Board are held on the fourth Monday of each month at 7:00 p.m. in the meeting room on the lower level of the library.The public is cordially invited, and encouraged, to attend the meetings.
