    Ms. Connie McCoy (FoAL):

Thanks for your phone call. this morning I found the receipt I obtained when I left the $10 FoAL membership fee at the circulation desk. It is dated March 11, and the time is 17:00 (5 pm). I recall that the person who took my membership application and $10 cash membership fee that day was someone who I had never seen there before. She apparently was new at the job because she had to ask for assistance with accepting the membership application, and when she put the money in the cash register, she gave me a receipt for $0.01. A more experienced person assisted her, and I then got the receipt for $10. If you cannot account for the $10, I will give you another $10 on my next visit to the library.
