		The Solution to the Diet Revolution by Georgia Kostas will be the featured book in a 4-part “Book Talk” lead by Diane Nielson, Atchison County Extension Agent, Family & Consumer Sciences.  The “talk” continues this Friday, February 4th at 12:10 p.m. The theme of the book is the Cooper Clinic’s step by step approach to your health and well-being for life. Bring a brown bag lunch and prepare to paraticipate in and enjoy this enlightening discussion.
