Railroads of Kansas program at the Library

What do you know about the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe? The Atchison Library will be hosting a program entitled Railroads of Kansas featuring Dr. William Worley of UMKC on Sunday, Jan. 31 at 2 pm.  The program is the being presented as part of the part of the Smithsonian traveling exhibit entitled “Journey Stories,” by the Atchison County Historical Museum and the Kansas Humanities Council.

This will be Dr. Worley’s second visit to the Library. You might remember his program about the Harvey Girls and Fred Harvey a few years ago. Join us this Sunday, and learn more about the journeys of the Atchison, Topeka and the Santa Fe.
